Title: Absence of leptonic CP violation can be evidence of left-right parity symmetry

Abstract: In this talk I will show that leptonic CP phases can radiatively generate a large strong CP phase (and hence an excessive neutron EDM beyond current limits) in interesting regions of parameter space of the axionless minimal left-right symmetric model with parity (P). Therefore leptonic \delta_CP may be suppressed or absent, and we thus obtain a way to test if parity and B-L symmetry are restored in laws of nature, even at some scales that can be as high as 10^14 or 10^15 GeV and well beyond collider reach. I will also discuss an ultraviolet completion, where the absence or suppression of both leptonic and strong CP phases, is a consequence of spontaneous or soft breaking of P and CP symmetries. Further, if nature picks this path, there can be a dark sector whose lightest particle is stable because of P.
