Title : Fluctuations in liquids on earth and in space
Abstract : Liquids in non-equilibrium steady states exhibit giant thermal fluctuations that are affected by gravity. This discovery has led to a variety of experimental studies of these fluctuations both on earth and in space missions that will be reviewed. Most recently, it has been predicted that these fluctuations will also cause a new type of fluctuation-induced Casimir force in non-equilibrium liquids.
