Description

Have you every wondered how your GPS always knows exactly where you are? Or how scientists search for life on other planets? Come out this Friday evening to learn the answers to these questions and more with Physics Nobel Laureates Dr. William D. Phillips and Dr. John C. Mather.
This lecture is part of the 2018 APS Mid-Atlantic Annual Meeting at the Edward St. John Center.

Parking is free after 4 pm at several locations on campus. Regents Garage is just a 5 min walk to the talk location.
