Title: Understanding Strong Dynamics with AMSB

Abstract: Understanding strongly coupled gauge theories is a longstanding goal in particle physics, especially Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD), which exhibits color confinement and chiral symmetry breaking. A systematic study of the phases of SUSY SU(N) gauge theories, deformed by anomaly-mediated supersymmetry breaking (AMSB), was initiated. This work has already revealed multiple new results, including novel patterns of symmetry breaking in chiral gauge theories.

In this talk, I present recent findings stemming from this approach, such as the branch-like structure of the eta prime meson, the CP structure of QCD-like theories at θ=π, the effects of heavy quarks on the vacuum structure, and construction of chiral perturbation theory from non-perturbative potential. Many of these results agree with ordinary QCD predictions, offering new theoretical tools for a deeper understanding of QCD.
