Title: Growing a warped dimension during Inflation

Abstract: Extra-dimensions arise naturally in many well-motivated UV completions of the Standard Model and may play an important role in the early Universe. Focusing on warped extra-dimensions, I will present a scenario operative during inflation that leaves distinct imprints on inflationary observables. In the dual 4D description, this setup corresponds to an inflaton with a flat potential, coupled to a strongly coupled confining sector. I will show that, in one of the simplest scenarios, this dynamics provides a natural starting point for inflation and can generate a blue-tilted power spectrum at large scales. This framework offers a concrete model to explore the interplay between the onset of inflation, initial conditions, and the resulting inflationary correlations and signals.
The talk will be based on 2512.04177.
